Zm\u011bny v polina\u010dn\u00edch\u00a0vztaz\u00edch studujeme ve\u00a0dvou zcela odli\u0161n\u00fdch ekosyst\u00e9mech. Kamerunsk\u00e1 hora (Mt. Cameroon) nab\u00edz\u00ed\u00a0jedin\u00fd syst\u00e9m tropick\u00e9ho lesa sahaj\u00edc\u00edho od mo\u0159sk\u00e9ho pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed a\u017e k horn\u00ed hranici lesa na cel\u00e9m kontinentu, co\u017e n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje zcela unik\u00e1tn\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00a0studovat polina\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b ve vztahu s\u00a0nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161kou. Druh\u00fdm centrem na\u0161eho v\u00fdzkumu jsou\u00a0\u017delezn\u00e9 hory, v nich\u017e se v\u011bnujeme\u00a0zm\u011bn\u00e1m opylovac\u00edch\u00a0s\u00edt\u00ed podm\u00e1\u010den\u00fdch\u00a0luk v souvislosti s\u00a0m\u00edrou jejich izolovanosti. A\u010dkoliv se hlavn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky obou projekt\u016f do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry li\u0161\u00ed, k\u00a0jejich zodpov\u011bzen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me velmi podobn\u00e9 metodick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na Kamerunsk\u00e9 Ho\u0159e se soust\u0159ed\u00edme\u00a0p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rostliny nav\u0161t\u011bvovan\u00e9 a potencion\u00e1ln\u011b opylovan\u00e9 denn\u00edmi a no\u010dn\u00edmi mot\u00fdly a nektarivorn\u00edmi pt\u00e1ky, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b strdimily. P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017enou \u010d\u00e1st dat z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me pomoc\u00ed videokamer nahr\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch\u00a0v\u0161echny c\u00edlov\u00e9 druhy rostlin pod\u00e9l gradientu nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky. Pou\u017eit\u00ed\u00a0videokamer n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje studovat chov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0v\u0161ech n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f kv\u011bt\u016f zbl\u00edzka, ani\u017e bychom je svou p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed ru\u0161ili. To je pro pochopen\u00ed jejich skute\u010dn\u00e9 role v\u00a0polina\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech studovan\u00fdch\u00a0rostlin velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m kamery umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed sb\u00edrat data i\u00a0v nelehk\u00fdch\u00a0podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0noci, v de\u0161ti, \u010di v korun\u00e1ch strom\u016f. Abychom se\u00a0na polina\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b pod\u00edvali i z &#8220;druh\u00e9 strany&#8221;, za\u010dali jsme s testov\u00e1n\u00edm mo\u017enost\u00ed hromadn\u00e9ho sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed (tzv. metabarcodingu)\u00a0pylu, kter\u00fd na sv\u00fdch t\u011blech nesou\u00a0mot\u00fdli i pt\u00e1ci. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na to, jak se se vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161kou m\u011bn\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti c\u00edlov\u00fdch rostlin\u00a0i jejich n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f. Od roku 2016 se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na vlivy fragmentace stanovi\u0161\u0165 na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 vztahy mezi rostlinami a jejich opylova\u010di i na cel\u00e9\u00a0polina\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. Krom\u011b nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech druh\u016f rostlin hojn\u011bji kvetouc\u00edch na vybran\u00fdch louk\u00e1ch tak\u00e9 systematicky sb\u00edr\u00e1me n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky jejich kv\u011bt\u016f. To\u00a0je nezbytn\u00e9 pro jejich p\u0159esnou identifikaci, kter\u00e1 je pouze z\u00a0videonahr\u00e1vek \u010dasto nemo\u017en\u00e1. Chycen\u00ed a identifikovan\u00ed\u00a0jedinci n\u00e1m rovn\u011b\u017e poskytnou informace o morfologii a dal\u0161\u00edch vlastnostech jednotliv\u00fdch druh\u016f, co\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b pou\u017eijeme i pro zodpov\u011bzen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch hlavn\u00edch ot\u00e1zek projektu. To n\u00e1m z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017e\u0148uje i testov\u00e1n\u00ed a vylep\u0161en\u00ed obecn\u00fdch metodick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f sou\u010dasn\u00e9 polina\u010dn\u00ed ekologie. P\u0159i podrobn\u00fdch studi\u00edch r\u016fzn\u00fdch\u00a0druh\u016f rostlin odkr\u00fdv\u00e1me\u00a0skute\u010dnou roli jednotliv\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f jejich kv\u011bt\u016f v\u00a0reproduk\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech rostlin, a vice versa. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b panuje obecn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u00a0p\u0159edstava, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina krytosemenn\u00fdch rostlin je opylov\u00e1na pom\u011brn\u011b bohat\u00fdm spektrem \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. Na\u0161e studie v\u0161ak opakovan\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee a\u010dkoliv kv\u011bty nav\u0161t\u011bvuje\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f, pouze jejich mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00e9 kv\u011bty efektivn\u011b opyluje. Velk\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f naopak k\u00a0reprodukci rostlin nijak nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech dokonce podv\u00e1d\u00ed a z kv\u011bt\u016f krade nektar a pyl bez p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00ed k\u00a0jejich opylen\u00ed. Podobn\u011b to\u00a0plat\u00ed jak pro relativn\u011b specializovan\u00e9 rostliny (nap\u0159. <a href=\"http:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0059299\"><em>Hypoestes aristata<\/em> se v\u010del\u00edm polina\u010dn\u00edm syndromem<\/a>), tak i pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 rostliny s\u00a0morfologicky generalizovan\u00fdmi kv\u011bty (nap\u0159. <a href=\"http:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11829-015-9378-8\">t\u0159ezalky\u00a0<em>Hypericum roeparianum<\/em> a <em>H. revolutum<\/em> s velk\u00fdmi snadno dostupn\u00fdmi \u017elut\u00fdmi kv\u011bty<\/a>). Podobn\u00e9\u00a0v\u00fdsledky jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00e9\u00a0i pro metodologii cel\u00e9ho oboru, jeliko\u017e mnoho\u00a0polina\u010dn\u00edch studi\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na cel\u00e1 spole\u010denstva \u010dasto\u00a0nezohled\u0148uje\u00a0skute\u010dnou roli jednotliv\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f kv\u011bt\u016f a v\u0161echny je\u00a0pova\u017euje za opylova\u010de. Podrobn\u00e9 znalosti mezidruhov\u00fdch interakc\u00ed mezi n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky kv\u011bt\u016f jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro pochopen\u00ed jak obecn\u00fdch\u00a0mechanizm\u016f evoluce\u00a0polina\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, tak i vztah\u016f mezi jejich jednotliv\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky. Jednou z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch interakc\u00ed\u00a0v\u00a0r\u00e1mci studovan\u00fdch opylovac\u00edch\u00a0syst\u00e9m\u016f je kompetice o nektar, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b mezi nep\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi druhy \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad mohou poslou\u017eit v\u00fdsledky na\u0161\u00ed studie polina\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu rostliny\u00a0<em>Hypoestes aristata<\/em>, v n\u011bm\u017e je\u00a0men\u0161\u00ed opylova\u010d (drvod\u011blka) kompeti\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn v\u016f\u010di v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu zlod\u011bji nektaru (strdimil) sv\u00fdmi ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi energetick\u00fdmi n\u00e1roky a s\u00a0t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi men\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1roky na mno\u017estv\u00ed nektaru. Nektarivorie se u starosv\u011btsk\u00fdch strdimil\u016f a novosv\u011btsk\u00fdch kolib\u0159\u00edk\u016f vyv\u00edjela zcela nez\u00e1visle, v\u011bdci v\u0161ak mnohem v\u00edce pozornosti v\u011bnuj\u00ed kolib\u0159\u00edk\u016fm. Strdimilov\u00e9 jsou relativn\u011b intenzivn\u011b studov\u00e1ni pouze v ji\u017en\u00ed Africe, studie z Afrotropick\u00e9 oblasti, kde je diverzita strdimil\u016f zdaleka nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, jsou v\u0161ak dosud sp\u00ed\u0161e velmi ojedin\u011bl\u00e9. Abychom tuto mezeru zaplnili,\u00a0zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na jejich vysoce specializovan\u00e9 vztahy s net\u00fdkavkami\u00a0rodu <em>Impatiens<\/em> (na Kamerunsk\u00e9 ho\u0159e se v\u011bnujeme\u00a0i jin\u00fdm pt\u00e1ky nav\u0161t\u011bvovan\u00fdm rostlin\u00e1m). Zat\u00edmco specializovan\u00e9 vlastnosti rostlin opylovan\u00fdch\u00a0kolib\u0159\u00edky (nap\u0159. dlouh\u00e9 kv\u011btn\u00ed stopky \u010di precizn\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed pylu na t\u011blo pt\u00e1ka) se vyvinuly v souvislosti s unik\u00e1tn\u00edm t\u0159epotav\u00fdm letem t\u011bchto pt\u00e1k\u016f, adaptace starosv\u011btsk\u00fdch rostlin umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed strdimil\u016fm, aby si p\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b jejich kv\u011bt\u016f mohli pohodln\u011b sednout.
